Returns & Exchanges
To start a return, contact us at sexymsecret@gmail.com or message us on Instagram. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the full return address and receiver details. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note: although returns are accepted, we strongly suggest reading item descriptions carefully (especially size info) to avoid unnecessary return shipping costs.
International customers can also request a return within 7 days of receiving their order. Please contact us first at sexymsecret@gmail.com or Instagram for approval and return instructions. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, the original delivery cost will be deducted from the refund.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 15 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
